As a Senior Associate of Restructuring & Private Equity you will support advisory and capital efforts to solve complex problems, driving pragmatic solutions that are focused on creating value and maximizing returns for all constituents involved.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 3-5 years restructuring advisory, restructuring investment banking or distressed situations experience, management consulting, distressed private equity, hedge fund, or management consulting -

- Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree preferred. Masters/MBA will be an added advantage

- Advanced level of experience in financial modeling with ability to build 13-week cash flow forecast and 3-statement financial models is critical for success 

- Advanced ability to decipher large and complex data sets as a basis for developing value added conclusions - Experience with all aspects of an acquisition process and performing valuation analysis

- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of client personnel

- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

- Strong composure and demonstrated maturity working in rapidly changing environments

- Ability to build and sustain strong and trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

- Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

- Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment

- Comfortable working in an environment that both values and fosters initiative, creativity, and professionalism

- Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets

- Willingness to travel
